It is never too early or too late to begin the practice of yoga.
Beginners Yoga - Hatha Yoga for beginners.
Intermediate Yoga - Yoga class for students with some experience looking for more intensity in their practice.
Slow Flow - Yoga poses joined together in a flowing sequence.
Hatha Yoga - Traditional Hatha Yoga class for all levels.
Short form Ashtanga - Basic poses from primary series will be developed in this class.
Ashtanga Yoga - High energy workout. Follow the yogi through the primary series.
Yoga & Meditation - Relaxing yoga with meditation.
Yoga for Athletes - Strength and flexibility training for all athletes. Restorative Yoga - Guided meditations, breathing techniques and healing yoga poses. Vinyasa Flow - an energetic class focusing on strength and flexibility and using vinyasas to join postures in a flowing sequence. Kids Yoga - fun yoga for ages 5-12 yrs.
Meditation - guided meditations and light stretching.
Reiki - A Japanese technique for relaxation and stress reduction that also promotes healing by the laying on of hands. Available Wednesdays by appointment with Amy Kruske.
