Slow Flow - Yoga poses joined together in a flowing sequence.
Hatha Yoga - Traditional Hatha Yoga class for all levels.
Short Form Ashtanga - Basic poses from primary series will be developed in this class.
Short Form Ashtanga Mix - Short Form Ashtanga with other poses added to the mix.
Ashtanga Yoga - High energy workout. Follow the yogi through the primary series.
Mysore - Self-guided practice where students lead themselves through Primary Series. Instructor will provide individual corrections & adjustments.
Yoga & Meditation - Relaxing yoga with meditation.
Yoga For Athletes - Strength and flexibility training for all athletes.
Vinyasa Flow - Energetic class with upbeat music.Come prepared to sweat!
Funkasana - Power Yoga with funky music!
Candlelight Slow Flow - Relaxing Slow Flow sequence in a candlelight setting.
Reiki – Japanese hands on healing (Wednesdays by appointment.)
