It is never too early or too late to begin the practice of yoga.
Beginners Yoga - Hatha yoga class for beginners where you will learn basic poses and start to become comfortable with yoga.
Hatha Yoga - Hatha yoga is a slower paced and more gentle style of yoga.
Gentle Yoga - Gentle yoga poses for all levels to encourage healing for the body and mind.
Intermediate Yoga - Hatha yoga class for students with some experience looking for more intensity in their practice. Vinyasa Flow - High energy workout. Come prepared to sweat!
Slow Flow - Yoga poses joined together in a flowing sequence. Follow the breath to inner peace. Candlelite Slow Flow - Sweet & soothing candlelite practice. Come prepared to completely unwind. Donation class. Pay what you can! (suggested donation $12-$0)
Ashtanga Yoga - High energy workout. Follow the yogi through the primary series. You will be challenged!
Short form Ashtanga - Basic poses from primary series will be developed in this class. Great for beginners curious about the Ashtanga practice or advanced students that want to fine tune the basics!
Short form Mix - Ashtanga poses with others thrown into the mix just for fun!
Mysore - Lead yourself through the primary series. Instructor will be there for personal adjustments and individual corrections.
Elements of Ashtanga - Postures based mainly on the Ashtanga primary series with a few "party tricks" thrown in along the way. Particular attention will be given to the relationship of breath and movement that defines the practice of yoga. All students will find a friendly and nonjudgmental environment.
