· Reiki – Japanese hands on healing (Amy K. on Wednesdays by appointment): $60/hour, $30 1/2 hour.

THE YOGA WAY

Refrain from eating 1 to 2 hours before your practice.

Let your teacher know about any injury or health problem that will affect your practice.

Yoga is practiced barefooted;wearing comfortable clothing.

Please respect the silence of the practice by not talking to the person next to you.

Please do not bring cell phones into class.

If you have to leave early, please take Savasana to complete your practice and exit before the rest of the class takes Savasana as to not to disturb the peace.

Respect the limits of your body, do not force, compare or compete.
