The Yoga Place is a yoga studio rooted in the study and practice of Ashtanga Yoga. Although it can be a challenging practice, we make it accessible to everyone. Join us for a Full Primary or Half Primary Series class to begin your study of Ashtanga yoga. We also offer Slow Flow practices and gentle Candlelight sessions. In all of our classes we allow the focus of postures and breath to lead us into a place of devotional concentration where meditation (exploration of consciousness) begins. In this prolonged state of unbroken concentration, true self is revealed allowing the practitioner to experience feelings of wholeness, contentment and freedom.
